An excerpt from a tape recording found in the remains of Pamela Barnes' home.
It's 1983. We're standing outside with the others, watching the firemen attempt to put the fire out. But it's pointless, Mary is dead. He said to us not to stop it, and we didn't ask why. We're devout, that's the whole point. But he said something, he said that they are meant for something more. I asked what he meant, Castiel didn't tell me. They're sitting on the Impala now, John is clutching his boys close to him. The road ahead will be tough, but John and his boys will make it. But now more then ever, we need hunters. There are never enough hunters in the world, and when there is, there are always demons to murder them. Castiel is telling me we need to leave, I don't want to but there's no point in arguing with the boss.
It's now 2010. The war continues, with one seal left to break down. Lilith has suddenly gone underground, Uriel was revived by Lilith somehow. Hunters are suddenly being murdered, it could be Lilith attempting to break the seal but no one knows. Castiel is yet to sense Uriel's return, but angels are being murdered once more at the hands of Uriel. Zachariah is struggling to keep angels in order, though the angels are having a hard enough time looking for Lilith. Although on December 25th at precisely 12am in 1981, a child was born. Lilith is attempting to find that child, for he will be Lucifer's host. He doesn't know it, nor do the angels. Because when that child was born; for a second,
everything was perfect.
