Here's a quickie post about this site.
As stated many times, it is based off of the vampire novels written by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes. Like any author, her vampires and different than other vampires. It is appreciated if you adhere to her vampires as best as possible.
There are a few differences between this site and the books. The main one is that I've place everything and everyone in or near Ramsa New York. This is because that is where New Mayhem is located, and it's just easier. Big differences in location make it hard to RP together. Thus Risika, Midnight, Bruja Hall, etc are all in the same general area.
Also, with some species like the witches and shapeshifters, not a lot of information is given. Therefore, I have taken some liberties with creativity, and made up my own things about them.
Also, there are two boards on here, called Any Place and Any Time. Any Place is for travelers, who wish to post anywhere else in the world. Any Time is not for time travelers; it is not that type of RPG. Instead, it's for any immortal creatures, if they want to RP together in the past or the future. It can also be for stories, maybe about the character's past or how you see the character in the future. Be creative!
